Orders
Once a customer places an order, an auto-acknowledgement of receipt of the order is sent via email to the customer.
Customer is informed via email of stock availability. (Bank details also provided within email)
If stock is available, customer confirms and pays for the order and it is shipped immediately as it arrives at our offices.
Depending on your shipping option it will usually arrive overnight or within 3 working days.
If stock is unavailable, customer has the following options:
* cancel the order
* replace the order with a different item
* wait for item to arrive in stock
Due to the diversity of our products, pricing may change once you place your order and we will inform you of this.
Payment
We accept EFT and cash deposits.
We accept cheque payments ( funds must clear, before products are dispatched).
We do not have credit card options as of yet.
Payment must be made within 5 days of customer receiving confirmation of stock availability.
Product will be dispatched once payment is confirmed, and funds have cleared into our bank account.
Prices
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice according to exchange rate, market demand etc
Delivery
Delivery is made simple for our customers. Depending on your choice, you could have it shipped overnight, or 2 -3 working days.
Usually shipping in outlying areas will take about 2-3 days.
We deliver throughout South Africa.
Should customers require delivery on public holidays and weekends, please enquire.
Insurance
Insurance on delivery is covered.
Warranties and Returns
Where warranties are applicable, they are supplied by the manufacturer of the product through our suppliers, not through Icevision.
Products have a 12 month warranty from date of purchase (unless specified).
All guarantees and warranties are null and void:
* Should any product be tampered with, and any serial numbers and serial number stickers/ barcodes are missing.
* If the serial number/ barcode stickers are removed and re-attached onto product.
* If products are misused, abused, struck by lightning or power surges.
If your product is defective within the specifications of the manufacturer’s and suppliers warranty, we can arrange with your couriers or ours to collect the item and have it replaced for you, if the suppler detects no fault in the product that can’t be reproduced on testing no replacements can be made.
Diab Computers will not be liable for incompatibilities in any products.
Customers must ensure before purchasing, that the hardware/software they purchase is compatible with their systems. If a customer is not sure of compatibility of a product, do not hesitate to contact us.
A handling fee of 20% -25% will be levied on all returned products.
Customers will also be liable for the delivery costs incurred.
Incompatible products must be returned within 4 -8 days of purchase date. (depending on suppliers request.)
Any products that are returned must be in original and undamaged packaging with original Tax Invoice. |
